Corpus Christi College
Drop-in
Corpus Christi College was founded in 1517 by Bishop Fox and retains much of its original character.
Our Dining Hall, Chapel, Cloisters and Gardens will be open to guests in a self-guided tour.
The Corpus garden is famous for its ‘wildness’, blending a wide range of flowers and botanical curiosities in a distinctive and arresting series of spaces. For many years, the garden was cared for and developed by David Leake. After a brief hiatus, it is currently undergoing restoration and redevelopment, led by botanist and gardener Dr Tom Wells.
Accessible - There are accessible routes throughout the ground floor of the college buildings and gardens. Please note that there are some uneven surfaces throughout due to the age of the college.
