Reuben College is the first Oxford college to be founded since 1990. Located on the historic Radcliffe Science Library site, it comprises the Grade II-listed Jackson Wing designed by Sir Thomas Jackson (1835-1924) who also designed Hertford Bridge and the Examination Schools, and the later Worthington Wing by Hubert Worthington (1886-1993). The Lankester Room and Main Stack, a two-storey extension under the lawn of the Natural History Museum, was built between 1972 and 1975. Reuben College also includes the west wing of the Inorganic Chemistry Laboratory and Abbot’s Kitchen.
