Join us for an exclusive OPT members' tour of the Museum of Oxford with Dr. Elizabeth Sandis, as she guides us through the museum's Tudor and Stuart treasures.
Proceeds from this event will be split between supporting Oxford Preservation Trust and the Museum of Oxford which is celebrating its 50th birthday this year.
Dr. Elizabeth Sandis completed her PhD at the University of Oxford and her Leverhulme Postdoctoral Fellowship at The Shakespeare Institute, focusing her research on Tudor and Stuart drama. She now works in the Ashmolean Museum's Education Department and is author of Early Modern Drama at the Universities, published by Oxford University Press. In 2025, she will be giving the toast to the Bard at our annual Shakespeare Birthday Parade on 23rd April.
This tour is part of our wider programme of Shakespearean events during his birthday month in April.
