We were delighted to welcome Dr Anna Keay, Director of The Landmark Trust, to our AGM. She spoke about Landmark’s inspirational work, including the recent refurbishment of Fairburn Tower, a ruinous 16th-century tower house which has been restored to its Renaissance glory. Book your holiday now! She also told us about the ongoing conservation and adaptation of Calverley Old Hall, a complex historic house of many phases and a medieval manor house at its core. Wonderful to see an organisation doing such good work to rescue and save buildings at risk.
