Charlie joined OPT as Assistant Planning Officer in June 2024. He studied Urban Design and Planning, before progressing onto a Masters in Historic Conservation at Oxford Brookes University, during which time he undertook an Internship with OPT. Following his studies Charlie has chosen to stay in Oxford in this role which combines his interests in both planning and conservation. 

In his free time Charlie likes to experiment in the kitchen with new recipes both cooking and baking. He also likes spending time outdoors whether sailing, rowing or walking his dogs.
