Philip has been Financial and Administrative Bursar at Brasenose College since 2010 and Chair of the Oxford Colleges’ Estates Bursars Committee. He has previously led the finance and administration functions for a range of charities, both as Finance Director and as Trustee or Honorary Treasurer. Most recently he was Director for Corporate Services for YWCA, Treasurer of Green Alliance and is a Director of a guest house in the Lake District. 

Philip lives near Woodstock and is also a Trustee of the Wootton Conservation Trust.
